ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The following warranty policy applies only to the original consumer of this product and is not transferable. Evidence of original purchase is required for warranty service (this could be the sales receipt or packing slip, etc.).

What the Warranty Covers

MD MANUFACTURING warrants, for one year from the date of purchase, to the original consumer, the VacnSeal appliance to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under intended home use, subject only to the limitations and exclusions set out below.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty to the original consumer shall terminate and be of no further effect one year after the date of the original purchase or if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. This warranty is invalid if this product is:

a. Used for commercial or rental purposes;
b. Damaged due to careless or improper maintenance, misuse, abuse or operation not in accordance with the operating instructions as explained in the User’s Manual;
c. Serviced or repaired by persons other than those authorized by MD MANUFACTURING;
d. Modified, aligned, altered or tampered with;
e. Damaged due to natural disasters including but not limited to lightning or power surges; or
f. Used in any conjunction with equipment or parts or as part of any non residential central vacuum system.
g. At this time we highly recommend the Ziploc Double Zipper Freezer bags or Glad® Double-Lock in the small or large size, but you should try several bags to see which one holds the seal longest as each manufacturer varies from time to time. We do not guarantee that any certain ziplocking bag will hold the seal.

This limited warranty is the sole and entire warranty pertaining to the product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express, implied or arising by operation of law, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover or provide for the reimbursement or payment of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is void outside North America (the United States, its possessions, Canada and Mexico).

What MD MANUFACTURING Will Do to Correct Problems

In the event the product does not conform to this warranty at any time while this warranty is in effect, we will repair or replace the product (at our option) and return it to you without charge for parts, services or any other cost (except shipping and handling) incurred by MD MANUFACTURING in connection with the performance of this warranty.

Before you return your product for warranty service, call our Consumer Services Department listed below for instructions and information. Any product returned for warranty service must be delivered freight prepaid in packaging affording an adequate degree of protection.
